Physical therapy helps a variety of patient’s heal from multiple issues and injuries. The most common conditions are:

During your evaluation, you will sit down with a therapist one on one and go over your chief

complaints, problems and recovery goals to get you back to 100%. From there, you and your

therapist will go through a series of specific exercises, and manual work. If you can, we suggest

wearing comfortable clothing as you will be doing lite activity.

Depending on your diagnosis, you should expect to be here a minimum of 2-3x per week for about 4 weeks. Each patient and doctor guideline is different, so you and your therapist will come up with a plan of care that suits you best. You will be in the office for approximately 1 hour.

No! Most insurances have direct access, which allows you to start physical therapy without seeing a doctor first!

Here at the office, we are practicing social distancing. Treatment tables are placed six feet apart. We are constantly cleaning the office thoroughly by our staff and a professional cleaning service. All staff and patients are required to wear a mask at all times, and we practice hand washing before and after each patient.

The most important information we will need to set you up for your evaluation is your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, insurance card, doctor (if you saw one before your first visit) and a brief synopsis of your injury. We can then quickly schedule you for your first visit and it is recommended you schedule a week of follow up visits as
