The ultimate in relaxation, this is the kind of massage most commonly given in spas. Oil is applied to the body in soothing strokes that melt away stress.

Aromatherapy is a specific type of therapy that incorporates the use of scented essential oils into a massage. The client’s body benefits from the direct contact with the essential oils, enhancing the healing properties of aromatherapy upon inhaling after exposure.

Geared towards athletes of all levels, Sports Massage incorporates different therapeutic techniques into one comprehensive treatment to promote flexibility and endurance aiding in injury prevention. 

Helps to alleviate dry rough skin and leaves the area treated feeling soft and moisturized. Warm towels and an exfoliant will to applied to the feet, hands or to the back followed by a relaxing and moisturizing massage. Service can be included with any treatment. Exfoliation Treatment is not recommended on sunburnt skin.

Deeper massage of the soft tissue may be needed to ease pain and heal the body. Myofascial Release involves working with releasing muscle restrictions to decrease pain and increase range of motion. Neuromuscular Therapy is a deeper, advanced massage technique that addresses painful trigger points.

An ancient Chinese technique that increases circulation in a specific region to stimulate healing. It is especially effective at relieving sore muscles, stimulating the body’s lymphatic system, and loosening tight fascia. Be prepared for some reddish-purplish marks where the cups are applied; they typically last 3-4 days but may last up to 2 weeks

Performed in the side-lying position, which eliminates pressure on the abdomen while providing greater access to muscles of the shoulder joint, hip joint, abductors, and other areas.

Incorporates smooth heated volcanic stones into your massage. The localized heat and pressure eases muscle stiffness and tension, promotes deep relaxation and increases circulation.  One hour advanced notice is needed.
